Day 330 - To tree or not to tree?

So aside from toying around with iphoto features on my laptop, I'm contemplating whether we should set up a Christmas tree here at our house. At first thought, I was sold, thinking of how much fun it would be to put together, decorate, put presents under, etc. etc. But I just got back from Target and MY GOSH does everything add up! We're planning on going to pick up a tree tomorrow, but I'm not so sure anymore. I mean, don't get me wrong... I am in no way a grinch about the holiday season, in fact I LOVE everything about it... it's just that when planning and preparing for a wedding in about 5 months... I'm thinking we can perhaps just wait til next year. That'll be a good reason to go all out with decor too, our first year as a married couple! Maybe putting 'fokitos' up as Dad likes to call them (or Christmas lights for all non-Mexicans reading) will suffice. Maybe we can buy Luna and Diegs some reindeer antlers considering they'll more than likely chew to pieces anything else we try to put up right now. Afterall, it's about having holiday spirit and being around family and friends anyway, not so much about a freaken tree.
